Our breads are crafted in traditional Chinese baking methods. This results in high-quality breads usually found in the old days of Hong Kong and China. We make every dough and bread by hand, taking good care of their shapes and flavour. We allow the dough to develop slowly so our breads are better-tasting and full-flavoured all the time.
Our cakes are designed by our award-winning Executive Pastry Chef William Liang. Employing traditional French pastry-making method and using natural high-quality ingredients, all cakes are handmade and crafted to perfection. We are proud of our customized cakes made for our customers' special occasions and celebrations. They are all hand-crafted under our chef's full direction.
